The real estate and housing information have been collected from two sources: Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data (government sponsored enterprise data) and information from the Bureau of Revision Tax.

We will extend this database to include other sources such as real estate transactions, which will be gathered from private vendors and the 2000 Housing Survey as soon as it is made available by the Census Bureau.
